The project is set upon a recesses corner, between Nagelmackers street and the Meuse docks. The particularity of this project is his location. Actually this corner could have a real impact on the neighborhood, and on the perception of the district by the users. In fact the project tends to become a mark in the different scale of the district.
On the ground floor, the shop entry give on the docks. While the housing entry are located in Nagelmackers street for more intimity.
