The building plot is located on the northern part of Brussels, in direct connection with the Brussels canal and especially the Vergote basin.

The volume of the building wants to rebuild the frama corner, and generate a harmonious connexion with existing building blocks.For that reason a little tower stands in the corner giving a new scale at the crossroad, and it could became a point of reference (especially for those entering Brussels from the North), without impeaching natural light on other buildings.

The functions are divided horizontally between a public level on the a ground floor (commercial area, 4 private garage and a service spaces) and the flats on upper levels.
